It is an annual event by Hazi’s Art, an arm of Media Traction Limited, owners of Maritime TV Africa. In the last two years, this exhibition has explored various kinds of art for the promotion the Marine/Maritime/Blue Economy in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.  AMAE is a meeting point for the town and gown and lends a voice to the causes in the Blue Economy. 

AMAE is a blend of three worlds - Africa, Maritime and Art, it showcases the potentials and richness of the Blue Economy, interfaces and connects stakeholders and key players with the society and all other sectors of the economy.

AMAE hopes to convey a clearer understanding of the concepts of and causes in the Marine/ Maritime/ Blue Economy, highlighting the need for its Sustainable Use.
